The Head of Kalmykia, Batu Khasikov, also attended the festival, underscoring the importance of such events, which symbolize the unity of Mongolian peoples. He instructed the regional government to provide extensive coverage of the festival’s message and to engage more young people in order to strengthen intergenerational bonds.
“At all times there have been and will be various challenges, but because we are together, because we can feel each other’s support, share our history, and uphold our culture, we are capable of overcoming everything,” noted the Head of the republic.
