World Organization of Writers Congratulates Vladimir Delba on His Anniversary

Moscow — The World Organization of Writers (WOW) has extended its heartfelt congratulations to distinguished writer Vladimir Delba on the occasion of his anniversary, praising his immense contribution to literature and culture in Abkhazia, Russia, and beyond.
