The Academy of Farsala’s Advisory Board:  Intellectual Initiatives

Yannis Fikas Founder and President of the Academy of Farsala Appoints Ashraf Aboul-Yazid to the International Advisory Board

Farsala, Greece — Yannis Fikas Founder and President of the Academy of Farsala has officially announced the appointment of Dr. Ashraf Aboul-Yazid as a member of the International Advisory Board of the Academy Farsala, in recognition of his distinguished contributions and ongoing collaboration with the Academy.

The International Advisory Board of the Academy Farsala comprises 58 carefully selected members from around the world. These individuals are recognized for their active engagement and meaningful cooperation with the Academy across a wide range of cultural, academic, and intellectual initiatives.

In addition to the Advisory Board, the Academy maintains a global Circle of Friends, which includes 435 members representing diverse countries and disciplines. Both the International Advisory Board and the Circle of Friends bring together prominent figures of high standing, including university rectors and distinguished public leaders. Notably, the Advisory Board includes a university rector among its members, while the Circle of Friends features two rectors as well as a minister.

Professor Yannis emphasized that membership in the International Advisory Board reflects not only professional excellence but also a spirit of collaboration and commitment to the Academy’s mission of fostering international dialogue and cultural exchange.

The appointment of Dr. Ashraf Aboul-Yazid, Egypt,  marks a significant addition to the Academy’s network of esteemed advisors and further strengthens its global presence and intellectual outreach.
