By Cao Shui, the Asian and Chinese coordinator of the World Poetry Movement
During my participation in the International Writing Program of the Chinese Writers Association in 2017, I joined the World Poetry Movement thought Nurduran Duman and found that there were many common pursuits with the Great Poetry Movement that I advocated. I translated the “Manifesto of World Poetry Movement” Written by Fernando Rendon, the general coordinator of the World Poetry Movement, and became the Asian coordinator at the Medellin International Poetry Festival in 2024. In China, I hope to exchange ideas with poets from around the world through the poetry festival, poetry awards, poetry publications, and poetry series that I organize.
1、Poetry Festival and Poetry Award
In China, through Cao Shui’s coordination of poetry festivals such as the Silk Road International Poetry Festival, Beijing International Poetry Film Festival, and the Great Poetry Movement, poetry awards include the Silk Road International Poetry Award, Wang Wei International Poetry Award, Beijing International Poetry Film Award, and the Great Poetry Movement Medal. Poets from all over the world are welcome to participate.
2.Poetry Magazines
In China, publications coordinated by Cao Shui include Global Poets, World Poetic Circle, International Poets, World Poetry, Great Poetry Magazine, Mountain Wind, etc. Each issue publishes works by poets from around the world.
3. Publishing and Translation
In 2024, Cao translated the poetry collections “Songs of Dream Land” by Colombian poet Fernando Rendon and “Golden Bird in the Sun” by Russian poet Vadim Terekhin, published by Beiyue Literature and Art Publishing House. This year, Nurduran Duman’s’ Footsteps of Istanbul ‘, Lamberto Garzia’s’ Song of the Knights’, Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s’ Golden Shadow of inthe Desert’, and Adel Khozam’s’ Epic of Humanity ‘will be published
Cao is still translating poetry collections such as George Wallace’s “American Flyer” and French poet Francis Combes’ “Common Cause”, both of which will be published by Beiyue Literature and Art Publishing House.
4.Suggestions from the World Poetry Yearbook
Recently, Fernando Rendon, Qiao Damo, and I compiled an anthology titled ‘Nuclear Explosion’. We selected 12 poets from each of the World Poetry Movement, Beijing Postmodernism Movement, and Great Poetry Movement, and published it by Hong Kong Modern Literature and Art Publishing House.
This is an experiment, and I hope to compile the World Poetry Yearbook next year, selecting important works of poets from five continents and publishing one book annually.
I recently translated the ‘Strategic Plan for the World Poetry Movement 2023-2025′, which contains many ambitious pursuits. I hope to work with poets in Asia to promote the deepening of the spirit of poetry in Asia. As stated in the Manifesto of the World Poetry Movement, “A powerful voice generated by the burning of positive spirits, expressed through the voices of billions of human beings, can prevent corruption, restore the natural laws of our species’ survival, and in the new human society, let us fly towards a brand new, beautiful, noble, dignified, and democratic life.”

世界诗歌运动的新观念
——世界诗歌运动亚洲会议报告
曹谁，世界诗歌运动亚洲和中国协调员
我在2017年参加中国作家协会国际写作计划期间，通过土耳其诗人纽都然·杜门，加入世界诗歌运动，发现跟我倡导的大诗主义运动（Great Poetry Movement）有许多共同的追求，翻译了世界诗歌运动总协调员费尔南多·伦德（Fernando Rendon）起草的《世界诗歌运动宣言》（Manifesto of World Poetry Movement），2024年在麦德林国际诗歌节上成为亚洲协调员。在中国，希望通过我组织的诗歌节、诗歌奖、诗歌刊物、诗歌丛书，去跟世界各国的诗人交流。
一、诗歌节和诗歌奖
在中国，通过曹谁协调的诗歌节丝绸之路国际诗歌节、北京国际诗电影节、大诗主义运动等，诗歌奖有丝绸之路国际诗歌奖、王维国际诗歌奖、北京国际诗电影奖、大诗主义运动勋章等，欢迎世界各国的诗人参加。
二、诗歌刊物
在中国，通过曹谁协调的刊物有《世界诗人》（Global Poets）《世界诗坛》（World Poetic Circle）《国际诗人》（International Poets）《世界诗歌》（World Poetry）《大诗刊》（Great Poetry Magazine）《山风》（Mountain Wind）等，每期都会刊发世界各国诗人作品。
三、出版和翻译
2024年曹谁又翻译哥伦比亚诗人费尔南多·伦德（Fernando Rendon）的诗集《理想国的歌声》（Songs of Dream Land）和俄罗斯诗人瓦迪姆·特里金（Vadim Terekhin）的诗集《太阳中的金色鸟》（Golden Bird in the Sun），由北岳文艺出版社出版。今年会出版纽都然·杜门（Nurduran Duman）的《伊斯坦布尔的脚步》，兰伯特·加西亚（Lamberto Garzia）的《骑士之歌》，谢赫·穆罕穆德·本·拉希德·阿勒马克图姆（Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum）的《沙漠黄总的黄金影子》、阿德尔·霍扎姆的《人类史诗》
曹谁还在翻译的诗集有美国诗人乔治·华莱士（George Wallace）的《美国飞人》（American Flyer）和法国诗人弗朗西斯·库姆斯（Francis Combes）的《人类公社》（Common Cause），都将由北岳文艺出版社出版。
四、《世界诗歌年鉴》的建议
最近我和费尔南多·伦德、谯达摩编选一个选本《核爆炸》，从世界诗歌运动、北京后现代主义运动、大诗主义运动，每个运动选择12位诗人，由香港现代文艺出版社出版。
这是一个实验，我希望在明年能够编选《世界诗歌年鉴》（World Poetry Yearbook），从五大洲选择重要的诗人作品，每年出版一本。
我最近翻译了《世界诗歌运动战略计划2023-2025》，里面有许多宏大的追求，我希望跟世界诗歌运动亚洲的诗人们一起，推动诗歌精神在亚洲的深化。如同《世界诗歌运动宣言》中所说：“一种由积极的精神燃烧而产生的强大的声音，通过亿万人类的声音表达，可以阻止堕落，恢复我们人类物种生存的自然法则，在新的人类社会中，让我们向着一个全新的、美丽的、崇高的、尊严的、民主的生活飞翔。”
