Moscow – [10.11.2025] – The World Peoples Assembly (WPA) is pleased to announce the opening of registration for its new educational initiative, the Public Diplomacy University — a unique programme designed for individuals who aspire to do more than professionally execute projects, but who seek to transform ideas into inclusive initiatives that connect people, communities and cultures.
This course series is ideal for Assembly members and beyond: whether you wish to enhance your skills, engage in humanitarian or international projects, or share your own experience as a speaker or mentor — this is your invitation to become an active participant in building bridges of dialogue, trust and cooperation among peoples.
About the Programme
The Public Diplomacy University offers a sustained learning path where thought becomes action and action becomes real change. Participants will explore how projects can go beyond deliverables and become platforms for cultural connection, interpersonal understanding and sustainable relations across borders. Drawing on the ethos of the World Peoples Assembly — which promotes public diplomacy, humanitarian cooperation and cultural unity — the programme brings together a global network of practitioners, thinkers and mentors.
