Runa Srivastava’s Poetry Collection Epistle in Sunlight Released by Penprints Publication

Kolkata, India — Penprints Publication proudly announced the release of Epistle in Sunlight, a book of poems by acclaimed poet Runa Srivastava. The collection was launched at the Kolkata Book Fair 2026 and was available throughout the fair at the Penprints Bookstall, Hall 2 | Stall No. E83, from 23 January to 3 February 2026.

In an age marked by hurried words and fragmented emotions, Epistle in Sunlight arrived as a work of quiet resonance—gentle, luminous, and deeply introspective. Runa Srivastava’s poetry did not merely express emotion; it illuminated it. The poems functioned as both letters and mirrors—epistles addressed to the world and reflections held up to the self.

The collection traced an intimate cartography of consciousness, moving through love, loss, laughter, and contemplative stillness. With lyrical simplicity and carefully restrained language, each poem was crafted like a deliberate brushstroke, revealing depth through minimalism. A subtle spiritual undercurrent flowed through the work—not bound to any doctrine, but rooted in shared human experience. In Epistle in Sunlight, poetry approached the realm of prayer, affirming the transformative power of language.

The author expressed heartfelt gratitude to Sreetanwi Chakraborty, Supriyo Chakraborty, and the entire Team Penprints for their faith, support, and unwavering encouragement in bringing the book to readers.

Epistle in Sunlight by Runa Srivastava was made available during the Kolkata Book Fair and continues to be available online via penprints.in/shop/, Amazon, Google Books, and Google Play.
