“100 Books, 100 Authors – Volume II”: An International Literary Initiative Invites Writers from Around the World

A new chapter in cross-cultural literary exchange brings together poets, novelists, and authors through books published in English and Italian.

Italian editors, authors, and publishers Gioia Lomasti and Emanuele Marcuccio are preparing the second volume of their international publishing project, 100 Books, 100 Authors, an initiative designed to showcase literary voices from different countries and foster connections among writers across cultures and continents.

For its second edition, the project invites poets, novelists, and other authors to submit their books published in English or Italian for consideration. The initiative offers participating writers an opportunity to introduce their literary works to a wider international audience and contribute to a growing dialogue among contemporary literary communities.

Dr. Ashraf Aboul-Yazid, Editor and International Literary Coordinator, will coordinate and edit submissions from authors based outside Italy, helping facilitate the participation of writers from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.

Authors interested in participating are invited to prepare three materials for consideration:

  1. Book Cover: A clear image of the front cover only.
  2. Book Description: A presentation of the book in no more than 500 words.
  3. Author Biography: A literary biography of approximately 200 words, written as a narrative paragraph.

These materials will provide the editorial team with an introduction to each book and its author as submissions are considered for the forthcoming volume.
